Diet

At work we usually eat take away from the various places inside the station but most of it just consists of empty carbs and fat and no veggies and I just got so fed up and disgusted with it after a year of working there that I decided I needed a change. Loads more home cooking, mainly fruits, veggies and fibers and only a little bread, pasta and meat, all in smaller portions is what my diet consists of now. I also try to go for a 5km walk 3 times a week.
So far I feel more energetic and eating home cooked food makes me happy because I put effort into it and know exactly what’s in it. Added weightloss is a very nice bonus :)
